2019 Annual Christmas Party

The Mill (NEW LOCATION!)

The 2019 Christmas party will be held at The Mill at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. The Mill is located at 1601 Gulf Street, Suite 100, Chattanooga, one block south of Main Street.  See their website at https://themillofchattanooga.com/

The doors will open at 5:30 pm with dinner from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm.  Two cash bars will be serving wine & beer from 5:30 pm until 10:00 pm.  Soft drinks are also available through the evening.  The doors will close at 10:30 pm.  We will have a D.J. and dancing along with pictures with Santa.

REGISTRATION - MEMBERS
To register members - $10 online, $15 at meetings - DEADLINE TUESDAY NOV. 12 - follow these instructions:

  1. Log on to your account at www.chattanoogaskiclub.org
  2. Go to Annual Christmas Party event (http://chattanoogaskiclub.org/event-3521919)
  3. Click on Register, then Next
  4. Click on Members & Family Member Guests
  5. Click on box for Event Waiver
  6. If you have a spouse or children you want to add, click on Add Guest (if not, skip to step 8)
  7. Enter family member name, email address & cell phone - then click Done
  8. Click Next
  9. Click on Pay Online to pay now
  10. OR click on Invoice Me to pay at the Sept, Oct or Nov meeting - note this will cost $5 extra


REGISTRATION - NON-MEMBER GUESTS

To register non-members - $40 online, $45 at meetings - DEADLINE TUESDAY NOV. 12 - follow these instructions:

  1. Log on to your account at www.chattanoogaskiclub.org
  2. Go to Annual Christmas Party event (http://chattanoogaskiclub.org/event-3521919)
  3. Click on Register, then Next
  4. Click on Non-member Guests
  5. Change name, email, etc to guest info
  6. Click on box for Event Waiver
  7. If you have other non-member guests, click on Add Guest (if not, skip to step 9)
  8. Enter other guest name, email address & cell phone - then click Done
  9. Click Next
  10. Click on Pay Online to pay now
  11. OR click on Invoice Me to pay at the Sept, Oct or Nov meeting - note this will cost $5 extra


NOTE:  If you decide to pay at September, October or November meeting cost will be $15 members, $45 non-member guests.  BEFORE THE MEETING you must log in to your account on the website and register by following the steps above.  If you do not do this you will need to sign a written release.


The deadline to register and pay is Tueday, November 12.  (Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds after this date.) 

OTHER INFORMATION

  • $5 out of each admission will be given to a local charity. 
  • Members' dues must be current. 
  • Prices apply to both children and adults.
  • Non-members must be invited by a member.
