1 Stadium Way, Chattanooga, TN 37412

(Follow N Mack Smith Rd. through gate to stadium or enter across from Parkridge hospital East on Cloud Springs Rd.)

Social Hour: 6-7 hors d’oeuvre and cash bar

Dinner: 7 pm (menu to be announced)

• music, dancing and games
• bring quarters and dollars for games
• Portion of the proceeds go to our charities

REGISTRATION: Cost $20 per person, members & guests alike
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION and PAYMENT is TUESDAY, DEC. 6th

We need a firm count on attendees so payment must be received by Dec. 6th.   

1. Log on to your account at www.chattanoogaskiclub.org
2. Go to Annual Christmas Party from the Events tab
3. Click on Register, then Next
4. Click on Members & Family Member Guests
5. Click on box for Event Waiver
6. If you have a member spouse or member children you want to add, click on Add Guest (if not, skip to step 8)
7. Enter family member name, email address & cell phone - then click Done
8. Click Next
9. Click on Pay Online to pay now
10. OR click on Invoice to mail payment. Must be received by Dec. 6th. Make checks payable to Chattanooga Ski Club and mail payment to: Tom DuBose, 1204 Hanover St., Chattanooga, TN 37405
