Annual Christmas Party

YOU MUST REGISTER MEMBERS SEPARATELY, THEN
GO BACK AND REGISTER NON-MEMBER GUESTS

REGISTRATION - MEMBERS
To register members - $5 online - DEADLINE MONDAY, DEC. 13 - follow these instructions:

1. Log on to your account at www.chattanoogaskiclub.org
2. Go to Annual Christmas Party from the Events tab
   
3. Click on Register, then Next
4. Click on Members & Family Member Guests
5. Click on box for Event Waiver
6. If you have a member spouse or member children you want to add, click on Add Guest (if not, skip to step 8)
   
7. Enter family member name, email address & cell phone - then click Done
8. Click Next
9. Click on Pay Online to pay now
   
10. OR click on Invoice Me to pay at the door
    

REGISTRATION - NON-MEMBER GUESTS
To register non-members - $20 online - DEADLINE MONDAY, DEC. 13 - follow these instructions:

1. Log on to your account at www.chattanoogaskiclub.org
2. Go to Annual Christmas Party from the Events tab
   
3. Click on Register, then Next
4. Click on Non-member Guests
5. Change name, etc to guest info
   
6. Click on box for Event Waiver
7. If you have other non-member guests, click on Add Guest (if not, skip to step 9)
   
8. Enter other guest name & cell phone - then click Done
9. Click Next
10. Click on Pay Online to pay now
    
11. OR click on Invoice Me to pay at the door
    

OTHER INFORMATION

• $5 out of each admission will be given to a local charity. 
  
• Members' dues must be current. 
  
• Prices apply to both children and adults.
• Non-members must be invited by a member.
  
• Bring cash for charity horse/goat bingo game!!!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO BRING APPETIZERS & DESSERTS

We need up to 7 volunteers to bring appetizers for the social hour from 6 to 7 and up to 7 volunteers to bring desserts.  If you would like to volunteer for either, please contact Hilda @ 423-903-8128 or Jinksie @ 423-413-5374.
